5 Star Cleaning Services did a great deep clean of my 3,400-square-foot home, and I was very impressed. The house has mostly tile floors with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and everything was cleaned thoroughly and carefully. The bathrooms and kitchen looked great, the floors were spotless, and they paid attention to details that are easy to miss. The team was on time, professional, and friendly. When they finished, the house looked and felt noticeably cleaner. I’ll definitely be using them going forward and would recommend them without hesitation.

I never thought it would be possible, but 5 Star Cleaning Services did it. My windows have never been so clean before! The whole experience was simply managed with ease from the beginning. Truly things now a days take time and usually develop with many hurdles and delays but from the beginning 5 Star Cleaning Services managed it all with unequivocal ease. "I will call you in the morning and let you know when the crew will be over to inspect the area and give you a quote" And so it happened, and the crew showed up after I got a text message that they were on their way. The quote was indeed reasonable and I asked them to schedule the work to be done. "We have a spot on Tuesday of next week, if you would like to schedule the time?" So a knock on the door on Tuesday happened a bit early, I was truly surprised as I am used to this NOT ever happening. The crew was neatly dressed and already had everything set up. The worker coming to clean the interior windows put on shoe socks throughout his time at our home. He was very kind, all prepared, never let a drop of water fall inside my home. They were done cleaning all the windows in my three story home in about two hours. Payment, just write a check - okay that was surprising, but hey! I still have checks, so no biggie and honestly - so fond of them still. So here is where the real fun starts, as my phone has been very busy with all my neighbors lining themselves up to get their windows cleaned. Honestly, able to experience seeing the natural beauty outside spotless windows is simply extraordinary!

I was referred to Kenny owner of 5 star from a friend. I own a small local business that has consumed a lot of time and thorough cleaning has taken a back seat. I texted kenny after 9pm I believe on Thursday night and within 5 minutes of my text he returned my call. Pleasant, professional and was not concerned at the time of my text. Was ready to talk with me. I told him I need a deep cleaning of my bathrooms, my laundry room floors and living room floors and I am only off on Monday when the restaurant is closed and I need to be home to make sure when the doors are opened the cats or dog does not get out and I was having family on Thanksgiving. He put me on Monday at 10 without hesitation. He explained what a deep clean was but I got more than expected. Two people plus Kenny and his wife. They started at one end of the house to the other and not an area was missed. Washed down my kitchen cabinets, cleaned the microwave, inside my oven, inside my fridge and out. The dishwasher the sink the tops of all the picture frames, wiped down the baseboards vacuumed and mopped floors. They washed my sliders inside an out cleaned all around the trim and the tracks. Wiped down my entire under air outside patio including the ceiling fans. They got the bathrooms spotless. Before Kenny started I told him I lost a ring so be careful when vacuuming He told me he brought a bag less vacuum so they would be able to see it if they got it. They were on time at 10. He said it would be about 4 or 5 hours and gave me a worst case scenario quote. They were there til about 6 and lived by his original quote. I told them not to worry about doing inside my sons closets. On top of how clean they got the bathrooms they folded and organized both my sons closets. I was blown away. This is definitely a 5 STAR cleaning company. Mr. Kenny completed a walk through asking what I was looking to have done and pointed out additional services they offered. I needed a deep cleaning and they did a fantastic job! I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. They did more than I expected without hesitation. The before and after was amazing! I would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family!! I will definitely use them any time I need a cleaning service!!!

I was so blessed to meet Kenny and his staff while working at my job. I noticed how thorough and professional they were! I took a photo of the back of his shirt so I would have his phone number for future use. Little did I know I would be using on an emergency basis to clean my brothers apartment. Kenny was immediately accommodating and but I liked most was his caring and sincere attitude. He treated my brother as if he were family not only thoroughly cleaning his apartment from head to toe but donating some pieces of furniture as my brother needed due to his situation.i highly recommend kenny and his 5 star company for any cleaning situation .
